Information you choose to provide
When you call or request a consultation through the booking calendar, you may provide contact details and information about your plans. Share only what is needed for the discussion. Do not place confidential financial documents or identifying business details in public fields.
Booking and hosting providers
The calendar is supplied by OneCal and the site is hosted on Netlify. Those providers may process request, device, connection and booking information in delivering their services. Review the booking provider’s policies in its interface before submitting information. Provider processing and infrastructure logs are separate from the educational tools.
Financial tool inputs
The financial planning tools, acquisition calculator and earnings worksheet process entries within browser memory. They do not send your financial inputs to us, put them in the URL or automatically save them in cookies or local storage. A CSV is created locally only when you choose to export. Printing or saving a PDF uses your device’s print function. Closing the tab or resetting clears the current application state; saved downloads remain under your control.
Website analytics
This release does not add an analytics tracker to collect calculator entries or browsing events. Hosting and third-party booking services can have their own operational processing. This statement does not describe or control those providers’ independent systems.
Use and disclosure
Information voluntarily provided for a consultation is used to respond and discuss the requested service. Transaction information may need to be shared with authorized participants, service providers or as required by law. Agree an appropriate scope and information-sharing process before providing sensitive records; a website visit does not create a confidential professional engagement.

This notice may be updated when the site or its services change. Check the version displayed here and the policies of any external provider you use.
